Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) Blend – 6,000 mg – Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine
One of the innovative features of ADYM Stick Packs is the BCAA ratio of 10:1:1. This is a leucine-heavy ratio with a total of 5,000 mg of leucine per serving. That’s huge, primarily since leucine directly stimulates protein synthesis. That means gains! The BCAAs make up about 33% of muscle tissue, support recovery, and act as an anti-catabolic by preventing muscle tissue breakdown during calorie restriction periods.

The CEAA Blend – 2750 mg – L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
